Orranet Flex Terms and Conditions

Version 1.0

1. What Orranet Flex is

Orranet Flex lets you pay for selected products in smaller payments over a period set by the seller. It is available only on products marked FLEX, and only to customers with a verified ORRANET account.

2. Your account

You must create an ORRANET account and verify your email to use Orranet Flex. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account.

3. Payments and fees

4. How we hold your money

Payments you make for an Orranet Flex order are received and held by ORRANET, not paid straight to the seller. We pay the seller only after your order is fully paid, delivered, and you have confirmed receipt on your dashboard.

5. Delivery

The seller ships your order only after your final payment is received. If your delivery location is not covered by the seller's delivery settings, the seller will contact you to agree a delivery fee. Delivery fees agreed this way are settled directly with the seller.

6. Confirming your order

After you receive your order, log in to your dashboard and close the order. Closing it tells us you are satisfied, and allows the seller to request payment. If there is a problem with your order, contact support before closing it.

7. Auto-debit

You may choose to pay by auto-debit using a card. If you do, you authorise ORRANET and our payment provider to charge that card for each scheduled payment on its due date. We recommend auto-debit so you never miss a payment. You can turn auto-debit off from your dashboard at any time, and then pay manually. Auto-debit is only available for card payments.

8. Late and missed payments

9. Your wallet

You can add money to your ORRANET wallet and use it to pay Orranet Flex payments or to buy from any ORRANET store. Wallet money cannot be withdrawn or transferred to a bank account.

10. Support

For help, email shopwithorranet@gmail.com, or open a support ticket from your dashboard once available.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Orders already in progress continue under the terms you accepted when you placed them.
